High Oleic Palm is a hybrid cross between the Eleais Guinnensis of African and the Elaeis Oleifera Palm discovered in the Amazon Basin.  The Oil extracted from its fruit has excellent nutritional properties, with high content of Oleic Acid and natural antioxidants; beta carotene and Vitamin E.
